Can I try Pro features before paying?

Yes! Set Pro includes a free trial period. You can test all Pro features before your subscription begins.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. On iOS/iPadOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. On macOS: App Store → Account → Subscriptions.

What happens if I cancel my Pro subscription?

You'll revert to the free tier limitations (3 projects, 8 tasks in Today), but your data remains safe. You can re-subscribe anytime to restore Pro features.

Does the lifetime plan include future features?

Yes! The lifetime plan includes all current and future Pro features with no additional cost.

Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?

Yes! Your Pro subscription works across all your Apple devices signed into the same Apple ID - iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

Where is my data stored?

All your tasks and data are stored locally on your device and (if enabled) in your personal iCloud account. We never have access to your task content. See our Privacy Policy for details.

My data didn't sync. What should I do?

First, ensure you're signed into iCloud on all devices and have iCloud sync enabled in Set's settings. If issues persist, try closing and reopening the app on all devices. If that doesn't work, try toggling iCloud sync off and on again, or contact us for support.
