Settings

General Settings (Free)

  • Theme: Light, Dark, Black (OLED), or System
  • Week starts on Monday: Toggle for calendar preferences
  • Keep screen awake in timer: Prevents screen from sleeping during timer
  • Show Live Activity: Enable/disable timer Live Activities (iOS 17+)
  • Haptic feedback: Toggle vibration feedback
  • Day Complete Popup: Choose when to show completion celebration

Data

  • Auto-log completed tasks: Automatically archive completed tasks (Off, Midnight, or App Launch)
  • iCloud Sync: Automatic syncing across your devices
  • Reset Statistics: Delete all statistics data (tasks and projects remain)
  • Reset All Data: Permanently delete everything (projects, tasks, stages, breaks, and statistics)

iCloud Sync

If iCloud sync isn’t working, you may need to enable it in iOS Settings. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → and toggle on Set.

Interface (Pro)

Pro Interface Options

  • Hide Status Bar: Remove the status bar for full-screen focus
  • Minimal Tab Bar: Compact tab bar with icons only
  • Add Button Position: Choose where the floating add button appears (bottom right, bottom center, or bottom left)

Swipe Actions (Pro)

Customize what happens when you swipe left or right on tasks in Today view:

  • Duration (edit task duration)
  • Unstar (remove from Today)
  • Priority (change task priority)
  • Delete
  • Move (to different project/stage)
  • Select Mode (enter bulk selection)
  • Start Timer

Personalize colors throughout the app:

  • Accent Color: 11 color options
  • Inbox Color: Custom color for inbox tasks
  • Break Color: Custom color for breaks
  • Swipe Left/Right Colors: Customize swipe gesture colors
  • Day Complete Color: Choose accent or rainbow for completion celebration

Sounds

Free Options

  • Sounds enabled: Toggle all sounds on/off
  • Volume: Master volume control (0-100%)

Pro Sound Customization

Customize individual sound effects:

  • Task completion: Choose from multiple completion sounds
  • Timer complete: Sound when timer finishes
  • Notification: Sound for task notifications
  • Today complete: Sound when all tasks are done
  • Recalculate: Sound when recalculating timeline
  • Achievement: Sound when unlocking achievements
  • Timer sounds enabled: Toggle ambient sounds during timer
  • Ambient sound: Background noise options (white noise, rain, etc.)
